CUS LTD worked on Forrest Gate, Lytham St Annes exclusively for MJ Fellows construction, The works included water and LV electricity connections to 30 new build apartments, as well as been contracted to the external mains, CUS where tasked with installation of the internal main within the customers plant rooms
Construction on the development focused on high specification housing with energy-efficient heating systems.
